The Mergent Manuals offer a vast array of information on finance, corporations and institutions. The Manuals each vary by sector or information type and they often work in conjunction with each other, offering different information about the same entity. Finding the right Mergent Manual or Manuals for an information need can seem daunting. All of the Mergent Manuals discussed below can be found in the Donnell Reference Room's business directories section by call number. The purpose of this guide is to categorize the information in a user-friendly manner.

The Manuals are divided into two basic categories with a few exceptions. They either cover an entity (corporation, institution or municipality) or the offerings of entities (stocks, bonds and other issues). Please see the following list for details.

COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES

If you are seeking, corporation or institutional information, the following manuals have detailed financial information on various aspects of corporations, their subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Information can include: histories, locations, staff and structure.
